Pastry to join the RAF Club Kitchen team. The Kitchen team caters for the 10-banqueting rooms, and all other FandB operations including the Cowdray Lounge, Dining Room, the Running House Tavern. following standards for the level 2 apprenticeship qualification.Prepping food for meal service, minimizingwastage where possiblePlating up dishesAlways working efficiently and safelyCleaning workstations throughout service and at the end of servicePractice safe working, attending all relevant training programs as requiredTo report any faulty equipmentTo be enrolled in a Level 2/3 pastry apprenticeship qualification.Attend one paid learning day at a designated college/university.Personal Skills:Experience is not required, however if you do have experience of working in a kitchen environment this would be an advantage.A passion for learning is essential!Ability to work as part of a teamUsing your initiative and a can-do attitudePresentable and wearing the correct uniformCommunicating effectively and professionally to all colleaguesInitiative-taking and willingness to learnAmbitions to develop culinary careerWe''d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
