Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship at The Beehive Day Nursery

Do you have a strong passion for early years with the ambition to provide a high standard of care and education for every child under the age of 5, helping to lay the foundations for their future?In this role, you will be willing to learn, able to keep children safe, and ensure that the environment reflects the children’s needs and interests.A suitable candidate would:Assist in providing a warm, caring environment for children and their families, accessible to all.Provide high-quality childcare for under-fives, including planning a wide range of exciting activities tailored to each child''s developmental needs and interests.Have an awareness of the seven areas of the EYFS through observations and following children’s interests.Integrate children and parents with disabilities sensitively and positively, promoting participation in quality activities based on the child''s interests.Actively research and contribute to long-term and medium-term planning.Liaise regularly with parents/carers and external agencies through meetings and daily updates, sharing achievements and concerns.Collaborate with Key Persons and SENCo to discuss concerns and develop action plans, including support plans if needed.Ensure only those known and approved by the nursery and parents collect the child.Respect confidentiality of all received information.Read, understand, and adhere to all policies and procedures, keeping up to date with any changes.Seek support from senior staff when necessary.Have a designated group of Key ..... full job details .....
