Your Role as an Early Years Assistant

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
  * Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  * Build strong relationships with children and their families
  * Observe and track children''s development and progress
  * Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and education

What We''re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
  * Experience working with children under 5
  * A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  * Strong communication and organisational skills
  * A genuine passion for supporting children''s development

You may have experience as a Nursery Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
