Level 2 and 3 Childcare Practitioner

About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join a nurturing early years setting. You will play a key role in supporting children''s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 yearsPlan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS guidelinesSupport children''s learning through play-based experiencesObserve, assess, and record children''s developmentBuild strong relationships with parents/carers and provide feedbackEnsure a safe, clean, and stimulating environmentFollow safeguarding policies and procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with team members and managementLevel 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early YearsGood understanding of the EYFS frameworkKnowledge of safeguarding and child protectionStrong communication and teamwork skillsPassion for working with young childrenDesirable:Paediatric First Aid qualificationExperience working in a nursery or early years settingKnowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)Personal AttributesCaring, patient, and enthusiasticReliable and flexibleCreative and proactiveStrong organisational skillsSafeguarding StatementThis role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
