Details: Location: Berkeley Position: Level 1 Teaching Assistant Contract: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Monday to Friday Full-time About the role: As a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Class Teacher and wider school team to support pupils with their learning, development and general wellbeing. You will help create a caring, safe and positive learning environment, ensuring pupils have the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential. The role will involve supporting pupils with their learning and helping them access a broad and balanced curriculum. You will work under the direction of the Class Teacher and more senior Teaching Assistants to implement learning activities, reinforce concepts and provide additional support where required. You will also play an important role in supporting pupils'' social, emotional, behavioural, cognitive and physical development, encouraging independence and maintaining high expectations of behaviour.
