Level 1 SEN Teaching Assistant

These settings support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a range of Learning Disabilities, providing structured, inclusive, and supportive environments where children and young people are encouraged to develop confidence and independence. The Role: As an SEN Level 1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with Autism and Learning Disabilities throughout the school day Assist teachers and SEN staff in delivering personalised and engaging learning activities Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs Encourage positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development Help create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment Use a patient, consistent, and nurturing approach to support pupils with additional needs The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN Have experience within SEN or a willingness to develop knowledge of Autism and Learning Disabilities Be adaptable and confident supporting individuals and small groups ..... full job details .....
