Level 1 / 2 IT Support engineer

Overview
We are looking for a level 1 to level 2 technician who can work either UK or USA hours (GMT-6). This remote role may start as part-time and can lead to a full-time position. Applicants must be based in the UK or the US, and answering the phone is a must.Responsibilities
