Lettings Team Leader Location: East Midlands Hybrid working Salary: Competitive We are working with a well-established housing organisation to recruit an experienced Lettings Team Leader to lead a busy lettings function and drive high standards of customer service and operational performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced housing professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes and delivering results. The Role You will lead a team of Lettings Officers and Administrators, overseeing the effective allocation and re-letting of properties while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing the lettings team. Managing tenancy terminations and allocations through to successful re-let. Working with internal teams to reduce void periods and rent loss. Building strong relationships with Local Authority and external partners. Monitoring KPIs, performance and quality standards. Managing complex and high-risk allocations, including safeguarding considerations. Supporting complaints, reviews and transfer processes. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and customer outcomes. Producing and analysing lettings and void performance data. Promoting a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
