Role: Lettings / Resident Services AssistantLocation: Derby / MidlandsSalary: Up to £26,000 Plus Car Allowance (£1,750 pa/)We are looking to recruit a Property / Lettings / Resident Services Assistant to join a contemporary Residential Property company offering modern apartment style living to Residential tenants.This role will be based in the Derby area and will include travel to other areas of the Midlands across their modern apartment buildings. You will act as a key point of contact to Residents, from conducting initial property viewings to ongoing resident support and community engagement.
