Property Manager Salary: DOELocation: Stirling, Linlithgow, GrangemouthHours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join our established and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for residential lettings who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100+ residential properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancy and property management are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with current Scottish legislation. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 100+ residential properties. Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants. Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries, complaints and property-related issues. Oversee tenancy administration, including move-ins, move-outs and tenancy changes. Ensure full compliance with Scottish residential tenancy legislation and regulatory requirements. Instruct contractors, obtain quotations and monitor the progress and quality of works. Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Property Manager, Residential Lettings or similar role.
