Key Responsibilities: Manage a residential lettings portfolio, including marketing, tenant selection, lease negotiations, tenancy commencement, renewals, and terminations. Ensure all tenancies comply with legal requirements, including safety certifications, deposit registrations, and regulatory compliance. Oversee and liaise with external letting agents and service providers to maintain high service standards. Provide a premium customer experience to tenants and stakeholders, resolving queries and escalations efficiently. Monitor portfolio performance (occupancy, rent collection, voids, arrears) and produce regular reports for senior management.
