This is an immediate opportunity for someone with a strong background in housing allocations and lettings, who can hit the ground running and support the team during a busy period. Key Responsibilities Manage property allocations in line with relevant policies and procedures. Carry out pre-tenancy assessments and ensure applicants meet eligibility criteria. Conduct property viewings and tenancy sign-ups. Liaise with prospective tenants and provide advice throughout the lettings process. Ensure all relevant documentation and tenancy records are completed accurately. Work proactively to minimise void periods and support efficient property turnaround.
