You will match the right home to the right customer, make fair and informed allocation decisions, and help establish sustainable tenancies from the outset. Working across a designated geographical patch, you will balance the need to let homes promptly with careful assessment of suitability, affordability, eligibility and risk. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, Local Authorities and partner agencies to reduce avoidable void periods and support positive housing outcomes. What you’ll do Own each case from receipt of a tenancy termination notice through to the start of the next tenancy.
