About the role In this role, you will provide an excellent lettings experience to new and transferring customers. You will support the prompt letting of empty homes to meet turnaround targets and minimise rent loss, while ensuring all agreed lettings procedures and processes are followed. You will work closely with colleagues, contractors and external partners to ensure residents are signed up, welcomed and inducted into their new home. Alongside this, you will help manage tenancy changes, build strong relationships with local authority partners and support the safety and wellbeing of residents by identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns in line with agreed procedures.
