This role is for the letting of garages and parking spaces. Experience of letting and licences or tenancies is desirable but not essential. It is important that the candidate has excellent IT and excell.0ent customer service skills. Good time management, ability to scrutinise data and the ability to focus on the small but important aspects of a task to ensure accuracy.
