The successful candidate will focus on reducing void periods, managing waiting lists, maximising rental income and ensuring properties are allocated and maintained in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.The Role Manage the letting and allocation of garages, parking spaces, barrow stores and other non-residential properties across a portfolio of over 7,000 units. Maintain and manage waiting lists, assess applications and allocate properties in accordance with lettings policies and procedures. Minimise void periods through proactive lettings, pre-allocation arrangements and effective coordination of repairs. Carry out property inspections to identify repairs, disrepair, antisocial behaviour and other issues affecting lettings. Liaise with repairs teams, contractors and other internal services to ensure properties are maintained and available for letting.
