They have an opening for a Lettings Negotiator at their Swansea office based in the mumbles area. This is an excellent time to join my client as they have seen huge growth over the past few years and are looking for the right candidate who will help meet their current demand and play an important part in their future growth. The Role This is a permanent full time position with a 35 hour week. You will work Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM and alternate Saturdays 9AM - 1:30PM with time off in lieu. Your key responsibilities will be: Engage with applicants to understand their property needs and preferences. Manage telephone and email enquiries, matching applicants to suitable properties.
