Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic OTE: £30,000 - £34,000 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:30am - 3:00pm (5-day working week with rota day off) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and well-established estate agency. This is a fantastic role for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate information Delivering excellent customer service at all times What We''re Looking For Minimum of 1 year Lettings Negotiator experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven with a proactive attitude Well-presented, professional, and confident Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Full UK driving licence (preferred) What''s on Offer Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission Supportive team environment Career progression opportunities within a growing business Full training and ongoing development ..... full job details .....
