Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Sutton Coldfield Type: Full-time Salary: £26,000-£28,000 Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm weekdays, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays until 1:00pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and busy office with a strong local reputation, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment. The role will involve registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating new business, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process. Key Responsibilities Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Generating new business opportunities Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants Managing enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face Working towards individual and team targets Ideal Candidate Previous estate agency or lettings experience preferred Confident and well presented Strong communication and customer service skills Target driven and motivated Full UK driving license preferred Looking for a long-term career opportunity ..... full job details .....
