Lettings Negotiator

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Lichfield Salary: £25,000-£31,000 OTE (basic salary + commission structure to be confirmed based on experience) Job type: Full-time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lettings Negotiator to join a growing and ambitious estate agency in Lichfield. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering a high level of customer service. The company has grown rapidly and is continuing to expand, so they are looking for a friendly, driven and personable individual to join their lettings team. The Role You will be responsible for supporting the lettings process and providing a positive experience for landlords, tenants and prospective applicants. Key responsibilities will include: Dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants on a daily basis Arranging and conducting property viewings Handling enquiries and following up with prospective tenants Building strong relationships with clients and applicants Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administration Keeping clients updated throughout the lettings process Representing the company professionally at all times Working as part of a busy and supportive team About You The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly and naturally good at building rapport with people.
