Pear Recruitment: Lettings Negotiator Location: Loughton Salary: Basic £20,000 - £23,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000 Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Alternate Saturdays 9am to 5pm (day off in lieu) Our client, based in Loughton, is looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team and become an integral part of their vibrant and growing business. Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants. Negotiate tenancy terms and maintain effective communication with landlords throughout the process. Carry out comprehensive referencing and credit checks on prospective tenants.
