Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator Worthing, West Sussex £26,000-£36,000 basic £30,000-£40,000 OTE Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm About the Role Northwood are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for our busy Worthing office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lettings, estate agency or sales, but we are also happy to consider candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds who have a proactive, positive and genuine "can-do" attitude. You''ll be responsible for dealing with tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, progressing applications and supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, as well as carrying out property inspections. Skills and Experience Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role preferred but not essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using IT systems Proactive and customer-focused approach Full UK driving licence and access to a car What We Offer £26,000-£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience £30,000-£40,000 OTE including commission Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm No Saturday working Full and ongoing training Professional development and career progression Supportive team environment Free parking Full-time, permanent position ..... full job details .....
