The group''s portfolio is expanding internationally and now has a presence in London as well as other major European cities. The business is heavily involved in supporting and developing real estate for the improvement of local communities. The London office was established in 2020 and has since gone from strength to strength, acquiring a substantial portfolio of residential properties specialising in serviced apartments, private rental and houses of multiple occupancy (HMO). The London office is a close knit team with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambitious growth plans, offering good opportunities for progression within a challenging environment. The office is based in central London with easy access to transport links. The Team The Lettings Team currently comprises nine members: a Head of Lettings, four Lettings Negotiators, two Tenancy Progressors, a Lettings Administrator and an Agency Operations Manager. The team''s core responsibility is to ensure a high level of tenancy occupancy and income across the portfolio, covering the complete letting cycle from first viewing through to tenancy move in and renewals.
