Position: Lettings Negotiator Location: Tamworth Salary: £25,500 to £27,000 p/a + bonus Working hours: Flexible hours, full or part time My client is a highly successful estate agent based in Tamworth. Due to ongoing growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a full time basis. With the backing of a National Group and the freedom to operate independently, they are an employer of choice in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a Lettings Negotiator in Tamworth: • Preparing tenancy agreements • Updating the website and branch window displays • Helping to achieve branch targets • Responding promptly and effectively to phone and online enquires • Managing client enquiries and registering their details on the system • Registering, matching and booking viewings for prospective tenants • Attending some local viewings and property inspections • Managing the front office as needed • Inputting information and updating records on the company system • Advertising properties to let on relevant websites • Organising repairs and property maintenance ..... full job details .....
