Key Responsibilities:

Registering and qualifying new applicantsConducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between tenants and landlordsSecuring lets and progressing deals through to move-inBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsSupporting with marketing and property listings

Skills required:

Previous experience in lettingsStrong sales/customer service backgroundExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTarget-driven and self-motivatedWell-organised and able to manage a busy workloadA full UK driving licence (essential)
