Lettings Negotiator Location: Southend / Essex Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm Salary: £30,000 basic + commission + annual bonus We are looking for a commercially minded Lettings Negotiator to join a growing residential property team. This is a hands-on role where you''ll take ownership of the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, with a strong focus on maximising rental income, minimising void periods and securing high-quality tenants.
