If you love working in property but you re craving something more interesting, this one s going to grab your attention This role is with a national property consultancy, as Lettings Negotiator in their Asset Management team, working on one of the UK s biggest infrastructure portfolios. This is a genuinely unique role letting and managing properties for clients such as HS2, National Highways and East West Rail.This isn t your typical residential lettings job. Instead, you ll be working across a mixed portfolio of residential houses, small commercial units, farmland, land parcels and temporary compounds, all held as part of major infrastructure projects.
