Lettings Negotiator role at hireful. Large and well-respected Estate Agents with emphasis on training and career development. This role has a strong focus on marketing and business development, with ownership of two social media accounts to attract new business.Responsibilities
Register potential tenants and show properties to prospective clients.Network to bring on new instructions and manage a diverse lettings portfolio.Create canvassing and marketing materials; lead social media projects to increase business enquiries.Produce lettings paperwork and maintain compliance with Residential Letting SOPs.Liaise with clients from marketing through to letting; conduct viewings and negotiate offers.Secure necessary documentation and funds for move-ins.Qualifications and Requirements
Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar role within a real estate/lettings environment.Aptitude for marketing, business development, and social media management.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Role Details
