Lettings Negotiator

My client is seeking a proactive and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic property team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from listing to move-in, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent service. This is a target-driven role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the property market. Key Responsibilities: Property Marketing: List rental properties on online portals and agency platforms. Prepare marketing materials and ensure all listings are accurate and appealing. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Provide regular updates and feedback to landlords. Handle inbound enquiries and qualify prospective tenants. Viewings and Negotiation: Arrange and conduct property viewings. Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants. Secure tenancy agreements in line with client expectations and legal compliance. Referencing and Compliance: Collect references. Ensure all documents and checks (e.g., Right to Rent, deposit registration) are completed correctly. Administration: Prepare tenancy agreements and associated paperwork. Maintain accurate records using CRM/property management systems. Team Contribution: Meet personal and team targets.
