Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:

• Conduct property viewings
• Match applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiate offers and secure tenancies
• Progress applications through to completion
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage tenancy renewals
• Coordinate maintenance requests
• Carry out property inspections
• Complete check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain tenancy records and compliance

About You:

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Professional
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Full UK Driving Licence
