As they scale their portfolio, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join the team. For the right applicant, there is a genuine opportunity to progress within the business as they continue to grow. The Role This is a full end-to-end lettings role. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, booking and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, and getting deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you will hand over to their tenancy progression team. In addition to lettings, you will carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs across their managed portfolio.
