The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: Manage incoming enquiries and register prospective tenants Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the process Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and applicants Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities to support growth of the lettings portfolio Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy journey Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Lettings Negotiator Requirements: Proven experience within residential lettings Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Highly organised with ..... full job details .....
