We''re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable individual looking to build a successful career in lettings. Previous lettings experience is preferred; however, our client will also consider a trainee with a strong background in customer service or sales who is eager to learn and develop. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to generate repeat business Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process Handle day-to-day administration to ensure transactions progress smoothly Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and branch targets Lettings Negotiator Requirements Previous lettings experience is preferred, but not essential Customer service or sales experience will be considered for trainee applicants Confident, professional, and an excellent communicator Well-presented with a friendly and personable approach Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive attitude A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment What''s on Offer?
