Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office. As a Lettings Negotiator: Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information Organising and carry out property viewings Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms Keep up to date with current legislation Any ad-hoc duties that may arise Ideal candidate: Previous Lettings experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Organisational and multitasking skills Strong team player and ability to work under pressure Smart and professional appearance Driven and ambitious to achieve targets Full UK licence and access to own car If you are interested in this Lettings Negotiator position and would like to know more, please apply today!
