The Role Lead the day-to-day running of the lettings department. Manage, support and develop the team. Build and maintain strong landlord relationships. Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions. Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio. Oversee new instructions through to successful letting. Maintain high standards of service for landlords and tenants. Support across lettings and property management when required. About You We''re looking for an experienced lettings professional who understands that a successful department is built on both growth and great relationships. You''ll be confident winning new business, but equally passionate about looking after existing landlords, building trust and delivering an excellent service. You may already be a Lettings Manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take on greater responsibility. You''ll have: Strong residential lettings experience.
