Winning new instructions through market appraisals and strong client relationships. Growing and maintaining a profitable managed portfolio while balancing Rent Collection and Let Only business. Leading, coaching and motivating the lettings team to consistently exceed performance targets. Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve branch performance.
