Lettings ManagerMonday to Friday 9am 6pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis in busy leasing periods. Southall We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Manager for a fantastic client based in Southall. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the rental performance of a high-quality residential development, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading a motivated lettings team.The RoleAs Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the overall rental performance of the development, maximising profitability while maintaining brand standards and operating within agreed budgets. You will oversee marketing and leasing activity, manage income and expenses, and lead and develop the lettings team to ensure outstanding service is delivered at all times.Key Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors and visitorsCommunicate professionally and courteously with residents and colleagues, both verbally and in writingSupport and contribute to resident events to drive community engagementConduct monthly market surveys and maintain a strong understanding of local competition and market conditionsContribute to a dynamic marketing and leasing strategy, providing insight and feedback to the General ManagerForecast end-of-tenancy dates to minimise voids and maximise re-let opportunitiesLead and support the lettings team in conducting property viewingsLiaise with ..... full job details .....
