With a thriving lettings portfolio and a warm, friendly team of four to manage, this is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Lettings Manager or someone with strong property experience who is ready to take the next step into management. As the Lettings Manager, this position will offer you a huge variety of work. The Lettings Manager is responsible for ensuring the team consistently achieves targets while continuing to deliver exceptional customer care. The Lettings Manager will play a key role in growing the department while adapting to changing market conditions and lettings legislation.
