We are looking for an experienced Lettings & Tenancy Manager to take ownership of our lettings and tenancy operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the practical side of lettings, but also wants more say in how a portfolio is managed, monitored and improved. The role You will manage the full lettings and tenancy lifecycle, from marketing available properties and carrying out viewings, through to tenancy paperwork, inspections, renewals and move-outs. Alongside the day-to-day work, you will keep our portfolio information accurate, plan ahead for upcoming vacancies and tenancy milestones, and track lettings performance using our shared systems.
