This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lettings professional who can drive occupancy, maximise rental income and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will take ownership of lettings strategy and performance, combining strong sales and negotiation skills with effective marketing, data analysis and stakeholder management. Working remotely on a part-time basis, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are marketed effectively, prospective tenants are converted into residents, and occupancy and revenue targets are achieved.
