You will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing market share, managing the day-to-day operations, and motivating your team to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively generate new landlord instructions and conduct property valuations. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate the lettings team to maximize performance. Compliance: Ensure all lettings activity complies with current legislation, ARLA, and company procedures.
