The Lettings Manager will lead the lease-up and ongoing performance of the Build-to-Rent portfolio, maximising occupancy, rental income and resident satisfaction whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Lettings Manager will drive investors to our property management and leasing offering across our completed, ongoing and future developments Key Responsibilities Manage all lettings activity across the Build-to-Rent portfolio, from marketing and enquiries through to move-in. Drive new business through investors and previous purchasers of stock. Drive occupancy levels and minimise void periods. Conduct rental appraisals and implement pricing strategies to maximise income. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing residents. Oversee resident retention initiatives. Manage lettings agents, contractors and third-party suppliers where required.
