Lettings Valuer / Manager Location: Newcastle and Durham Work Location: In person Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and professional Lettings Valuer / Manager to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional, or an individual with strong administration, communication and organisational skills who is looking to develop a career within the lettings sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and maximising rental opportunities, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property valuations and overseeing the lettings process from initial instruction through to tenancy. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a commission scheme on top of the basic salary. Key Responsibilities Conduct property valuations and market appraisals to determine competitive rental prices. Manage the full lettings process, including property marketing, organising viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service. Oversee tenancy administration, including documentation, referencing and compliance checks. Lead and support a team of lettings negotiators, helping to achieve individual and team targets.
