Lettings Department Manager - Northwest LondonDove and Hawk have partnered with a well-established and reputable estate agency with over 41 years of success, in Northwest London. They are searching for a Lettings Department Manager to join their established team. This role will suit a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager who has 4+ years'' experience in London lettings.

What They Offer

Salary Package: £25,000 - £30,000 basic / £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

Commission structure: 12% on renewals and 15% on new lets

Car allowance: £4,000 per annum

Core patch: Neasden, Willesden, Dollis Hill, and Cricklewood

Strong client base and a track record of repeat business

Opportunity to work with 20+ available properties, priced up £7,000 pcm

The Role

Build and expand Lettings business

Conduct market appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions

Follow up old market appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate

Generate new business, be proactive and source new leads

List properties from the existing database/network

Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants

Register applicants and respond to online enquiries

Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants

Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords to garner offers

Qualify offers to achieve the best deal for all parties

Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

Arrange and attend valuations, and convert valuations to instructions

Note: you will have an experienced administrator to handle paperwork

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years'' experience in the London residential market with local area knowledge

Strong valuation experience

Ambitious and hungry to succeed in a high-performance environment

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Holds a valid driving licence and access to your own car
