The Lettings Consultant Role You will manage the full lettings process while supporting aspects of property management, ensuring smooth transactions and ongoing client satisfaction. Key responsibilities as a Lettings Consultant: Managing applicant, tenant, and landlord enquiries in a phone-based environment Booking viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants Supporting management of a mixed property portfolio Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor activity Monitoring rent payments and following up on arrears Conducting inspections and overseeing move-ins and move-outs Ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and up to date About You Requirements: Experience in lettings, property management, or estate agency Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Confident telephone manner and attention to detail Full UK driving licence Personal qualities: Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Professional and ..... full job details .....
