You''ll be the go-to person on-site, helping to coordinate lettings, supporting events, maintaining security and delivering a professional experience for all visitors.What You''ll Be DoingManaging and supporting out-of-hours lettings and school events.Opening, closing and securing the premises as a designated key holder.Acting as the first point of contact for hirers and visitors.Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the site.Carrying out health and safety checks and reporting any issues.Setting up rooms and facilities, including moving equipment and furniture.Responding to site incidents and resolving issues quickly and effectively.What We''re Looking ForA reliable, proactive and self-motivated individual.Someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can work independently.Strong communication and customer service skills.A flexible approach to evening and weekend working.Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, site ..... full job details .....
