A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially driven Lettings Branch Manager to lead the launch and growth of a brand-new branch opening in Portsmouth in January 2027. To ensure you''re fully prepared for success, you''ll join the business in September/October 2026, completing a comprehensive training and induction programme within one of the company''s established offices. This will give you the opportunity to learn the business, understand its culture and systems, build relationships with the wider team and hit the ground running ahead of the new branch opening. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants far more than simply managing an existing office.
