The Role As a Lettings Associate, you will act as the face of the business across your designated region, managing the full resident journey from initial viewing through to move-out. This is a field-based role combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the full resident journey, from viewings through to move-out Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to standard Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and system updates Act as the on-the-ground representative, liaising ..... full job details .....
