This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people and would like to gain experience within the housing sector. Previous lettings experience is desirable but not essential , as full support will be provided. The role has been created to assist with a backlog of vacant properties and will involve working directly with prospective tenants to help properties move through the lettings process efficiently. Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Assistant: Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants across Leicester and surrounding areas. Meet with prospective tenants face-to-face and provide a professional, welcoming service. Support tenants through the lettings process and help them complete the necessary paperwork.
