You will oversee property compliance, maintenance, inspections, tenant check-ins and check-outs, viewings and new property onboarding, while acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained and professionally managed. Key Responsibilities Property Compliance and Safety Manage statutory property compliance requirements, ensuring inspections and certificates are completed before expiry. Coordinate remedial works with qualified and approved contractors. Monitor outstanding compliance actions through to satisfactory completion.
